Robert provides exceptional town planning & project management advice by drawing upon his previous life experiences working on construction projects and mining jobs in various roles. Robert applies his experience to manage projects from start to finish with an ability to visualize the end product and impeccable attention to detail.Prior to owning his own consultancy firm, Robert was the Principal Planner at a reputable development company for many years and oversaw large scale subdivisions both freehold lots and volumetric towers for multi-national developers. Robert holds various positions with industy & community organisations. He is a registered and experienced mentor as part of Griffith University mentor program and therefore regularly has student planners learning from his experience.
Daniel graduated from Griffith University (Gold Coast), with a Bachelor Degree of Urban and Environmental Planning. He commenced his Planning career with Dixon Homes and had been responsible for preparing and lodging a wide variety of applications and providing planning advice encompassing over 17 Councils in South East Queensland and several in northern New South Wales.
Daniel's passion to the industry and outstanding planning knowledge combined with his excellent communication skills has made an immediate impression on our clients. He also possesses highly developed analytical research skills and community consultation skills from his 10 years of services with Queensland Police Citizens Youth Welfare Association as Branch Operations Manager of the Ashmore Branch.
Daniel also studied Engineering (Civil) as an undergraduate at the University of Newcastle and has worked in a variety of building trade roles which has given him valuable knowledge across the entire building construction process.
Daniel is currently undertaking development approvals for both commercial and residential projects.
Sho understands that running a successful business means regularly meeting challenges and overcoming obstacles. She is proficient in English and Chinese, and was previously employed by a Sydney-based company, where she discovered she had a natural aptitude for number crunching. Sho is hands-on in the running of the business and ensures our office runs smoothly.
